Windstar expands European itineraries for 2026

Windstar will operate 15 new European itineraries as part of its 2026 fleet deployment.

The small ship line will call at 34 new ports together with a solar eclipse sailing around Iceland in August 2026.

A new 81-day Grand Europe Adventure begins in Helsinki on July 14, 2026 and visits 20 countries and 67 ports of call before ending in Athens.

Overnight stays for up to four days in a single destination and late-night departures are part of the extended itinerary.

The line will also introduce new cruise tours from Madrid, a circumnavigation of Ireland, an Aeolian Islands cruise and an exploration of northern Greece.

An early booking offer for bookings made by October 31 includes a free all-inclusive experience worth £73 per person per day featuring Wi-Fi, unlimited wine, beer and cocktails, and gratuities, plus a $100 onboard credit per cabin.

Itinerary planner Jess Peterson said: “Our year-round cruises in the Mediterranean and Europe have more small-ship only destinations than ever before.

“We’ve designed these voyages with a focus on regional exploration, so that means more overnight stays and off-the-beaten-path experiences to help give you a deeper, more genuine look at some of Europe’s best spots.”
