Developments include the addition of new villas and details of its eighth property
Ikos Resorts will mark its 10th anniversary this year with a range of improvements and developments across its seven properties.
The brand has also confirmed plans for its first property in Crete, which will open in spring 2026. Ikos Kissamos will be the brand’s first all-suite resort and will be set on a beach 25 minutes from Chania airport.
Other developments across the rest of the Ikos portfolio include a redesign of the brand’s first hotel, Ikos Olivia (pictured). The Halkidiki property will reopen in April with refurbished rooms and suites, as well as new restaurants and bars, and a new garden entrance.
There will also be more Deluxe Collection suites added to the property as the brand expands this category at Ikos Olivia and Ikos Odisia in Corfu.
Elsewhere in Corfu, Ikos Dassia has welcomed new restaurant and wine bar Enoteca, which will serve French-inspired dishes and wines from around the world.
Further additions include wellness space Hippocrates Garden of Life at Ikos Aria in Kos, where guests can learn about the benefits of local herbs.
The brand has also introduced a Hero’s Supper Club for 2025, which allows parents to drop children aged four to 11 off for dinner and an evening of activities.
