Specialist operator CV Villas has added 50 properties to its portfolio for 2025.
Villas have been introduced in key markets such as Portugal, Greece, Italy and Spain.
The operator said 2024 had been “record-breaking” with 20% growth for its luxury staffed villa collection Above.
In addition, Portugal has seen 25% growth year to date, with the Algarve performing particularly well for the operator; Croatia has seen an increase of 52%; while Spain is up 27%.
CV Villas said the new additions to its portfolio offered "breathtaking locations and unparalleled amenities”.
Properties include Villa Florescer, a five-bedroom home in the Algarve set 200 metres from the famous Old Course golf course; Benessere Rock House, a new hillside villa in Kerasia, Corfu, with a rooftop lap pool, home gym and lower-level games room; and the three-bedroom Villa Punto in Puglia, Italy, set within five acres of olive groves and gardens.
In its Above collection, the operator has added Spirit of Son Fuster (pictured), a restored 14-century manor house set on a 40-hectare private estate at the foot of Majorca’s Alaro twin mountains. It features 10 ensuite bedrooms, a private cinema, a heated saltwater pool and on-site spa facilities.
