Van Isacker Exclusive founder launches luxury hotel collection

The founder of sales and marketing representation company Van Isacker Exclusive has launched a hotel collection for independent unique, boutique and luxury properties.

World of One offers independent hotels and resorts a “unique opportunity to join a prestigious hotel collection, empowering them with the tools and resources to enhance their international visibility”.

The platform provides a “simplified marketing and membership model” and focuses on “essential elements” for driving sales such as brand affiliation, sales and marketing support, public relations assistance and a consumer loyalty programme.

World of One said it maintained rigorous standards for member hotels, with quality of service and accommodation at the forefront of its ethos.

Properties must be unique, newly opened or recently renovated, and possess very good ratings and reviews on reputable platforms.

Member hotels will be placed into one of four distinct brands: One Luxury, One Boutique, One Unique and One Classic.

All member hotels are required to participate in the One Loyalty Programme, which extends benefits to guests regardless of booking method. Benefits include guaranteed upgrades and late checkouts, subject to availability, along with additional perks at the discretion of individual hotels.

World of One currently comprises 22 properties, including Hodges Bay Resort & Spa in Antigua; Elika Cave Suites & Spa in Cappadocia, Turkey; Rosyth Estate House in Kegalle, Sri Lanka; Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa in Greece (pictured); and Green Fig Resort & Spa in St Lucia.

A statement from the brand said the new platform catered to “the increasing number of independent hotels seeking to improve their visibility in the market whilst maintaining full control of their booking process”.

Founder and owner Patrice Van Isacker, who also owns Van Isacker Exclusive, said: “The creation of the hotel group stems from the genuine desire to regroup amazing hotels throughout the world and give those hotels an easy and affordable way to belong to a prestigious hotel group and stand out from the competition.

“We hope to become a trusted source for direct consumers and travel agents to find alternative and unique hotels throughout the world."

World of One will also unveil a philanthropic arm, 4 Humanity Charity, in winter 2024. The platform will reportedly bring charities, individuals and companies together to “work towards a common goal of supporting good causes”.
