Appointment-only division created in response to demand for ‘personalised travel experiences’
Harpenden-based independent agency Travel Four Seasons has launched a new appointment-only bespoke planning service called Artisan.
The new division was created in response to growing demand for “personalised, seamless travel experiences” and will offer a “premium level of service which is more concierge-led”.
Spearheaded by the agency’s luxury travel planner Holly Axelrad, the Artisan team will curate tailored itineraries that “immerse guests in authentic local culture and the true essence of their chosen destination”.
Axelrad is currently recruiting three luxury travel planners to join the team.
She said: “As a small business, Artisan maintains a truly personal touch that allows us to understand our clients’ individual needs and preferences. We do apply a planning fee per trip, reflecting the unparalleled value we provide.
“Beyond our expertise and extensive network of contacts, our clients will benefit from our exceptional personalised service and unwavering support throughout the planning and booking process.”
Travel Four Seasons founder Sean Fletcher added: “We are excited to introduce Artisan as a new division under the Travel Four Seasons brand. Holly’s expertise and dedication to creating extraordinary travel experiences align perfectly with our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.”
