EMEA sales director returning to drive ’most ambitious’ wave season
Agents are being encouraged to complete Quark Expeditions training to receive £100 on their first booking in preparation for wave season peaks.
The incentive for agents who complete the expedition line’s Polar Pro training and secure their first booking comes as EMEA sales director Becky Francis prepares to return from maternity leave in January.
Polar Pro is described as a comprehensive training programme designed to give agents a “deep understanding” of Quark’s offerings, from exclusive itineraries to the latest product innovations.
Francis will front the company’s wave season efforts supported by national strategic key account manager Sarah Schlederer and national business development manager Nick Hindle.
“I am unbelievably excited to return in January and to see what will be our biggest and most successful Wave season ever,” Francis said.
“I strongly encourage all agents to complete their training and get ready for what promises to be an incredible season.
“The opportunities are vast, and with the knowledge gained from Polar Pro, agents will be equipped to offer their clients the best polar experiences available and of course my team will be on hand to support throughout wave season.
“As Quark Expeditions embarks on its most ambitious wave season yet, we look forward to collaborating with travel agents to deliver exceptional polar experiences to clients worldwide.
“With the Polar Pro training and the dedicated support of the Quark team, agents will be uniquely equipped to thrive during this pivotal campaign season.”
