Elegant Resorts recruits Ben Murtagh for private travel designer role
Elegant Resorts has appointed Ben Murtagh in the role of private travel designer.
Murtagh has joined from Eden Luxury Travel where he was a travel director. He has worked in travel for more than 10 years at brands such as Western & Oriental, ITC and London-based agency Thames Travel.
He started his new role on December 3 and will look after direct and trade clients.
Lisa Fitzell, managing director of Elegant Resorts, said: “We are so delighted to welcome Ben to the Elegant Resorts family, he brings extensive product knowledge and has a great passion for luxury travel we are really excited for him to join the team.”
Speaking about his new role, Murtagh said: “I really enjoyed my time at Eden, particularly the project to open the brand’s store in Weybridge. I'd like to thank the team at Eden for their support.
