Celebrity Cruises enhances agent training for Flora

Celebrity Cruises has added new information about its Galapagos ship Flora to e-learning platform Celebrity Passport.

Flora launches on Sunday June 23 and will sail its first full season from Baltra Island in the Galapagos from July 1.

The enhanced training modules have been designed to equip travel agents with information to help them sell the ship.

It will feature ‘bitesize’ training modules highlighting the ship’s features along with video footage and images. Agents can learn about the ship’s features, including anchorless technology designed to protect the ocean floor, all-suite accommodation with personal attendants and onboard naturalists.

Nicola McNeish, head of sales, Celebrity Cruises UK and Ireland, said: “We’ve already had fantastic interest in Celebrity Flora from many of our trade partners, who are understandably excited about its innovative features.”
