Singita increases sales support in Europe

Luxury safari operator Singita has increased its sales support across Europe as it reports a “marked upswing” in travel to Africa.

Edinburgh-based sales manager Elle Reinink will focus on supporting trade partners in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Scandinavia.

Lea Seguier, who represents Singita in Australia and New Zealand, has been appointed sales manager for Europe. She will continue to take care of the operator’s partners in Australia and New Zealand and will be based between France and Australia throughout the year.

Seguier has worked for hotel brands including Belmond, Shangri-La and Oetker Collection and alongside Singita also manages sales for La Reserve.

“The growth of our brand and our business is a testimony to the loyalty of our guests and partners, and we are grateful for their unwavering support during the two toughest years our industry has ever encountered,” a statement from the brand said.

“Similarly, we are delighted to see such a significant increase in international travellers returning to Africa.”
