Brand has more than 60 openings in the pipeline
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has ambitions to expand its portfolio to 180 properties globally by 2033.
The brand currently operates 133 properties across 47 countries and has a pipeline of more than 60 projects.
Most recently, the brand announced it will manage The Park Gstaad Hotel in Switzerland. The property is expected to reopen in 2026 following an extensive renovation and will be renamed The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel.
The group also recently unveiled Utah property Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Deer Valley, which will feature 134 rooms and suites, and 123 one to six-bedroom private residences. The opening date is yet to be announced.
Two new locations will be added in Greece: Four Seasons Mykonos Resort is set to open in summer this year, followed by Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli, a 110-key beachside property on Hinitsa Bay.
Also slated to open in 2025 are Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Cartagena, a 131-room property on Colombia’s Caribbean coast; Four Seasons Puerto Rico, which will feature 139 rooms and suites and 85 residences; and Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, a redevelopment of the former Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
A raft of new openings are expected in 2026, including resorts in the Dominican Republic and Belize, as well as various hotels across the US in Jacksonville, Florida; Las Vegas; and Lake Austin, Texas.
Four Seasons said its residential portfolio was “rapidly expanding” having reportedly reached more than $2 billion in sales in 2024. Currently, 65% of the brand’s pipeline includes a residential component.
The Four Seasons Private Jet Experience is also experiencing “increased interest and demand” compared to last year, with a 30% repeat guest rate and “the majority of trips already sold out” for the year ahead.
The inaugural Four Seasons Yacht is set to launch in January 2026.
