A new partnership with trade training group OTT and a sales and partnership team recruitment drive has been unveiled by Scenic Group as it prepares to drive bookings ahead of peaks.
Agents will have access to a series of training modules under the OTT partnership and the opportunity to learn more about the Scenic Group brands – Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises.
Training will cover the fleets of luxury yachts, onboard facilities, itineraries, land tours and excursions as well as new tours and itineraries for the 2025-26 season.

The first 50 agents to complete a training module and pass the quiz will receive a Scenic or Emerald Cruises branded backpack.
The new training course comes as as three new roles are created in Scenic’s sales and partnership team.
The company is recruiting for a new sales manager, key account manager and senior charter operations executive to drive sales growth and support product development.
