The portal features tools for booking and commission management as well as exclusive offers
Preferred Hotels & Resorts has introduced a new platform for agents.
The Travel Advisor Portal gives users access to a portfolio of more than 600 independent luxury hotels, resorts and residences worldwide. It also features tools for managing reservations, preparing quotes and submitting commission claims.
Agents can track their performance metrics through the “My Insights” tool, which provides statistics on active and past reservations, unique hotels booked, total revenue and total room nights booked.
There will also be exclusive offers and promotions available for agents to “help elevate” clients’ experiences.
The platform offers agents tailored booking confirmations, room rate information and included guest amenities.
For agents who are members of the existing invitation-only Preferred Platinum programme, the portal includes access to a dedicated search page for Preferred Platinum properties and exclusive rates.
Preferred Platinum agents can also access the Small Social Group Requests feature. This offers immediate confirmation of availability and rates when making bookings of up to 15 rooms at selected participating properties.
Alongside booking and management features, the Travel Advisor Platform allows agents to learn more about Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ property portfolio and its loyalty programme, I Prefer Hotel Rewards.
