Oceania Cruises reveals new dining venues on Vista
Oceania Cruises is adding four new dining venues to incoming ship Vista, including a lunch and dinner spot with “inventive American” dishes and a wellness restaurant.
Ember and Aquamar Kitchen are the main additions to the line’s food offering. They will both be exclusive to the ship (pictured) that is due to launch early 2023.
Oceania said that Ember the restaurant is where “guests will want to be”, adding that the menu will feature “inventive American creations blended with time-honoured classics”.
Healthy breakfast and lunch options will be available at Aquamar Kitchen, the line said.
Oceania will also introduce a bakery on board Vista, where French and Italian pastries will be on offer, and a venue called the Culinary Center.
Chef instructors will give talks to passengers on food culture and cuisine in the Culinary Center. Private dining experiences and food and wine pairing events will take place in the new venue on Vista.
The ship will have 12 culinary venues in total.

“A dramatic re-inspiration of every dining space from décor to table setting to menu offering has resulted in a new pinnacle of diversity and creativity for our guests to enjoy.”
The line will reveal details about the ship’s Owner’s suites on August 30 ahead of the Vista’s debut programme going on sale on September 15.
Itinerary details will be available to view from September 9.
