Maria Sharapova will run a three-night Building Resilience Retreat from September 23-26 at Aman’s Greek property, Amanzoe.
As part of her role as the brand’s Global Wellness Ambassador, which she assumed in 2023, the tennis player will lead sessions on mental resilience, mind and body agility, and tennis skills.
The programme will also include guided meditation, Hamman treatments, hikes and strength workouts.
Led also by the resort’s wellness team, the programme will be divided into three sections: understanding mental resilience, skills for building resilience and resilience in action.
Sharapova said: “Over many years, I’ve learned how to build a phenomenal foundation of strength, resilience, focus and determination. It was vital to success.
“I am excited to take Amanzoe’s guests through the truly holistic experience that I’ve developed, reflecting the approach I’ve fine-tuned over 20 years to achieve elite performance.”
All meals, in-room snacks and an Aman Essentials Wellness Kit are included, as well as all sessions and treatments. The retreat is POA and there are limited spaces available.
Sharapova has also curated a half-day Strength and Recovery experience at Aman New York, which is available year-round.
