Reservations open for fitness-focused brand Siro’s second property

Reservations have opened for the second property under Kerzner International’s fitness-focused brand Siro.

Siro Boka Place in Montenegro is accepting bookings from May 15.  

Located in luxury waterfront marina Porto Montenegro in Tivat, the hotel will feature 240 rooms, suites and one-to-three-bedroom apartments.  

Each accommodation is “designed to enhance recovery, wellbeing and functionality” with thermos-regulated mattresses and recovery equipment. 

Guess will have access to high-tech facilities including the Fitness Lab, which will have three specialised studios – the Experience Box, Yoga Studio and Pilates Reformer – offering signature classes with expert trainers.

There will also be a Recovery Lab which will blend “mindfulness, holistic practices and specialised treatments”. 

The hotel will feature a 25-metre swimming pool with a retractable roof for year-round use. 

Hotel guests will also have access to the facilities in Porto Montenegro, including padeland tennis courts as well as football and cricket fields. 

A year-round Destination Fitness programme, catered to every fitness level, will include activities to explore the region such as trail hiking in Unesco-listed sites, canyoning, scenic bike tours, sailing, paddle-boarding and rafting. 

The opening of Siro Boka Place will mark the launch of the brand’s first food and beverage concepts. 

Siro Social will be a rooftop bar serving tapas and small plates alongside low and no alcohol options, while Siro Table will be an all-day dining venue. 

The hotel’s in-house nutritionist and executive chef will curate bespoke meal plans for guests and offer consultations. 

Memberships will be available for local residents and visitors, which will include access to the hotel’s Fitness Lab and its team of specialists, group exercise classes, personal training and a complimentary body composition analysis.
