Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is set to open a resort and private residences in Bali in 2027.
Located on the Bukit peninsula on the island’s southern coast, the hotel will comprise 110 suites and villas, many with private terraces and pools.
Mandarin Oriental Bali’s dining experiences will include a cliff-edge restaurant and bar, a speciality Chinese restaurant, a speakeasy-style bar and a beach club.
The spa will offer a range of Mandarin Oriental’s signature programmes as well as treatments inspired by Balinese traditions and customs. Facilities will include heat and water therapies, outdoor swimming pools surrounded by private lifestyle cabanas and a fitness centre with outdoor space.
There will also be a kids’ club, tennis courts, a beach club with water sports, an organic garden and a sustainability lab.
The resort is located next to the Bukit Pandawa Golf Course and Bali National Golf Club for guests seeking golfing experiences.
The property will also feature 68 branded residences ranging in size from three to six bedrooms. Owners will have access to a dedicated clubhouse with lounge facilities, a co-working area, family zones and a private gym and swimming pool as well as the resort facilities.
