Hummingbird Travel appoints new business development director

Indian Ocean wholesaler Hummingbird Travel has appointed Elsa Bacry as business development director for Europe and Latin America. 

Bacry will be based in the London office and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and targeting new clients and opportunities. 

Bacry headed up EMEA member partnerships at Virtuoso for four years and, prior to that, held senior sales roles at Kerzner International and Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Hummingbird Travel has offices in the Maldives, Seychelles, Sri Lanka and London.
