Four Seasons to open luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is set to expand its footprint in the United Arab Emirates with a new beach property in Ras Al Khaimah.

The project will form part of a 400-hectare two-island development named Mina which features 11 miles of waterfront and views of the Arabian Gulf and Hajar mountain range.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina will comprise 150 rooms, suites and signature villas as well as 130 private residences.

Guests will have access to extensive wellness facilities, with 10 treatment rooms and a beauty salon; family and adult pools; paddle, tennis and basketball courts; and a fully equipped fitness centre.

Dedicated spaces for children and young adults will be available through the complimentary Kids For All Seasons programme.

The hotel will also feature a dedicated marina for private boat arrivals and connectivity to nearby islands.

The property will be in close proximity to Mina’s key leisure attractions, including the Yacht Club, Wharf and Boulevard, which house a range of amenities including spas, waterfront restaurants and cafes.

The project will be developed in partnership with Ras Al Khaimah-based real estate developer RAK Properties. Construction will commence in 2026.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina will join the growing collection of Four Seasons hotels in the United Arab Emirates, which currently include Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at Jumeirah, and the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC.
