Viceroy launches agent training programme

d a training programme for agents called Viceroy Insider.

The tool aims to educate agents on the brand’s 13 properties, as well as highlight company news and updates. It also features a ‘meet the team’ contacts page for global offices and a toolkit including videos, images and issues of the brand’s in-house magazine.

The product training section is divided into three areas to highlight the group’s ‘signature brand tiers’: The Viceroy Icon Collection, The Viceroy Lifestyle Series and Urban Retreat Collection.

As agents move through the interactive training modules, they are rewarded with stamps to highlight their new-found knowledge.

Jane O’Shea, vice-president of sales for Europe, said: “We are always looking for ways to strengthen our business relationship with trade partners. We realise the need for a consistent form of communication to ensure Viceroy Hotel Group continues to be easy to do business with, having all necessary information in one place. Our aim is to find bold, proud and loud Viceroy brand ambassadors.”
