Ultima Collection to launch Courchevel property

Luxury hotel group Ultima Collection is set to open an exclusive ski resort in Courchevel in December 2020.

The new resort, Ultima Courchevel, will occupy a slope-side position at the heart of the popular ski region in the French Alps in the neighbourhood of Belvedere.

Spread over 3,700 square metres, it will comprise 13 private chalets with views over the valley and the Dent du Villard summit.

Each chalet features four or five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping eight to ten adults, and comes fully equipped with a 24-hour concierge, housekeeping, butler and private chef.

An extensive wellness, beauty and fitness centre will house two spas, an inside/outside swimming pool, a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and specialist treatment rooms.

There will also be a new restaurant and terrace with views of the mountains and ski rooms with direct, exclusive access to the slopes.

A statement from the company said the property would offer “the signature luxury services of a five-star resort within the confines of fully serviced private chalets on demand”.

The residences will be available for weekly bookings as well as full-season reservations.

Guests can travel to Courchevel via luxury transfer from Geneva or Lyon international airports.

Private jet and helicopter transfers to Courchevel Altiport and Chambéry Aerodrome can also be organised on request.
