Travel Counsellors pledges to ‘take care of everything’ during peaks

Travel Counsellors has created a ‘We take care of everything’ multi-channel campaign for peaks.

The promotion featured more than 30 supplier partners showcasing top destinations, tailor-made touring and adventure holidays.

A second campaign dedicated to cruises has also gone live.

The launch marks a strategic move to capitalise on a sustained demand for travel throughout the peak period, according to the homeworking travel brand.

Central to the campaign is the peaks video, a narrative that underpins Travel Counsellors’ commitment to providing “unparalleled service and support” at every step of the journey.

The video integrates conversational assets and puts Travel Counsellors at the heart of the campaign, highlighting both destination experiences and the service delivery.

A digital brochure incorporating content tailored to customer engagement and interests as well as further marketing material including social media assets is also included.

A continuous flow of additional information is being shared through the company’s communication channels, including weekly live marketing TCTV shows.

Customer director Dave Callan said: “Our 2024 peaks campaign marks our biggest yet, building on the success of our recent rebrand and as we enter our 30th anniversary year.

“The campaign is not just about promoting destinations; it’s about embodying the values that define us as a brand.

“Using compelling content to showcase stories of our own customers and being fronted by our own TCs is a relatable and authentic approach to get our brand across and supports the messages we are delivering in an impactful way.

“We are dedicated to providing highly personalised and enriching experiences, and ‘We take care of everything’ is more than a tagline – it’s a promise and commitment for every single customer that chooses to book with us.”
