Villa specialist ’actively looking’ for deals
Oliver’s Travels is continuing on the acquisition trail after confirming its third acquisition of the year.
More than 100 villas across Provence and the South of France have joined the portfolio with the addition of French rental operator Charming Houses.
The deal brings the operator’s network up to 1,300 holiday homes in France alone.
This follows a series of strategic moves, following the acquisition of Menorca Private Owners and Homes & Provence earlier in the year.
“Oliver’s Travels will continue to focus on growing and developing its portfolio and maintaining its strong position in the luxury holiday rental market,” a statement said. “Oliver’s Travels is actively looking to acquire new businesses.”
Co-founder Ravi Sabharwal said: “We are delighted to announce our latest acquisition, a breathtaking collection of luxury villas in the heart of South of France.
“This marks our third acquisition this year, and we are particularly excited about this addition as we have had the pleasure of working closely with Charming Houses for several years already.
“Their charming and luxurious rentals perfectly align with our commitment to providing exceptional holiday experiences. We look forward to continuing our partnership and welcoming our guests to the enchanting beauty of France.”
Charming Houses founder Marie Pierre added: “We are absolutely thrilled to be joining forces with a company that shares our deep appreciation for luxury and charm.
“Having worked closely with them for several years, we’ve seen first-hand their dedication to exceptional quality and service. We are excited about the future and the opportunities this partnership brings.”
