Small Luxury Hotels of the World adds seven new member properties

Small Luxury Hotels of the World has gained a presence in South Africa after adding seven new member properties to its portfolio.

The luxury hotel community has signed three properties from The Liz McGrath Collection, including country house The Cellars-Hohenort in Cape Town’s Constantia Valley (pictured) and beach resorts The Marine in Hermanus and The Plettenberg in Plettenberg Bay.

SLH has also bolstered its presence in Italy, adding pet-friendly properties Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & Spa in Lago di Como and Villa Soligo in Treviso, as well as Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel in Torre Canne.

French property Hotel des Gouverneurs is the seventh new addition to the portfolio this year, located within the historical site of the Citadel of Bastia and home to just 26 rooms.

The SLH portfolio now comprises over 520 hotels in more than 90 countries.
