Luxury Maldivian hotel Seaside Finolhu is now available for exclusive, island-wide buyouts. 

The resort in the Baa Atoll can be taken over for an all-access, all-inclusive corporate retreat, destination wedding or milestone birthday. 

Seaside Finolhu features 125 newly transformed overwater and beachfront villas, six restaurants, a full-service spa, dive centre and a kilometre-long beach. 

Daily activities include snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, jet-skiing and tennis. Private excursions and tours can also be arranged. 

Seaside Finolhu said “top athletes, technopreneurs, supermodels and celebrities” had already made use of the island buyout offer. 

Privatisation of the resort starts from £136,000 per night for the entire island, with a minimum stay of four nights.
