Riverside Luxury Cruises partners with software firm to 'streamline' fams

Riverside Luxury Cruises has partnered with software company Jerne to “streamline” how it offers fam trips.

Through the Jerne platform, agents can apply for guided trips on more than 500 Riverside voyages on the Danube, Rhine, Rhône, Moselle and Main rivers through December 2025.

Jen Halboth, chief executive of Riverside Luxury Cruises, said: “Partnering with Jerne gives us an efficient and effective platform to manage the vetting, application process, and marketing opportunity related to hosting travel advisors.

“Riverside values travel advisors’ indispensable role in creating unforgettable experiences for their clients and we understand it’s important to experience a travel product firsthand. When they see it, they sell it. We can’t wait for more travel advisors to share all of the beautiful experiences they see with Riverside and recommend us.”

Agents with more than $1.5 million in annual sales will get preferred access to Riverside’s fam opportunities across its European fleet.

The partnership also gives Riverside automatic access to Jerne’s existing top travel advisors through its acquisition of The 1000, a club for “the world’s most influential travel advisors”.

“According to our survey of hundreds of top travel advisors, their priority is experiencing new product that they can share with their top clients,” said Tim Morgan, Jerne chief executive.

“By partnering with the exceptional Riverside product, we are able to provide exactly what they’re looking for in order to build new sales for themselves and their agency.”
