Regent Seven Sea Cruises has developed a new tool for the UK trade to improve engagement throughout the sales process.
Regent Connect allows agents to create personalised emails and co-branded Regent web pages which link to a dynamically co-branded website to drive conversion.
These pages will have real-time access to cruise availability and pricing, as well as calls to action, that agents can send to clients.
The solution comes from the line’s travel partner programme Regent Elevate and uses technology from content optimisation platform Approach Guides.
There is a short on-demand webinar to take agents through the platform hosted by the line’s senior marketing manager Samantha Deadman and Approach Guides founder Jennifer Raezer.
