One&Only Mandarina slated for June opening

A new One&Only property is set to open along an underdeveloped stretch of coastline on Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit.

One&Only Mandarina will welcome guests from June this year with 104 standalone treehouse and cliff-top villas, three restaurants, a One&Only Spa with six treatment rooms, fitness studio and alfresco yoga palapa.

The resort is perched on a cliff-side overlooking the Pacific Ocean, 30 minutes north of Punta Mita.

Ocean adventures and water activities begin at The Jetty, where guests can moor their private yachts or set off for sailing, fishing and whale watching excursions.

Guests can also explore the miles of nature trails found in The Flatlands, which run adjacent to the resort, or enjoy a horseback riding tour at the Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club.

One&Only hopes the new property will be a “preeminent” destination for intimate incentive groups, weddings and celebrations, featuring a 2,750sq ft ballroom, al fresco courtyard with space for up to 80 people and versatile areas for private events such as The Jetty Beach Club.
