Lusso Travel has appointed Lucy Ellingham as business development manager as it expands its road sales team.

Ellingham joins the trade-only tour operator from Kuoni where she was most recently partner area sales manager, working closely with its key trade accounts and partner stores. 

In the newly-created role, Ellingham will be responsible for growing the brand’s new and existing travel agent partners and will be based in the south east. 

“We have continued to experience a rapidly expanding agent base throughout the UK especially in the South East region,” said Lusso’s sales director Gareth Hulmston.

“As we head towards our 10th Anniversary year we are continuing to experience incredible support and growth from our agent partners. 

“Having made key additions to our product range in the past 12 months as well as bolstering both our reservations and product teams with additional resource, Lucy is a fantastic addition to Lusso's agency sales team and we are delighted to have her join us.”
