Former Trees4Travel BDM joins A&K as agency sales manager

A&K Travel Group has appointed Victoria Houston as agency sales manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland for both Abercrombie & Kent and Cox & Kings.

Houston previously worked as global business development manager for Trees4Travel, where she helped to expand the company’s global presence and educate partners about sustainable practices and CO2 emission compensation.

Prior to Trees4Travel, Houston held various management roles at Lush Retail and Enterprise Rent-a-Car.

Houston replaces Jason Kemp who joined G Touring – the operator of Travelsphere and Just You brands – as key account manager for Scotland and the north in March.

A statement from A&K said Houston’s expertise in the sustainability industry and "ability to communicate the value of partnerships" would be “invaluable” in her new role.

Richard Hey, head of agency sales at A&K, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Victoria to the A&K family. Her passion for sustainability and her extensive experience in building strong relationships with partners make her the ideal candidate for this role.

“As we continue to expand our presence for A&K and Cox & Kings in Scotland and Northern Ireland, Victoria’s expertise will be crucial in strengthening our collaborations with travel agents and delivering the extraordinary adventures we’re known for.”

Houston added: "I am excited to join the Abercrombie & Kent team and contribute to the company's ongoing success. A&K and Cox & Kings’ commitment to providing unparalleled luxury travel experiences while prioritising sustainability resonates deeply with me.

“I look forward to working closely with our travel agency partners in Scotland and Northern Ireland, helping them create memorable journeys for their clients with these legendary brands."
