Classic Collection opens HQ for agent briefing

More than 20 agents attended an open day at Classic Collection Holidays’ revamped headquarters.

The operator opened the doors at its base in Worthing to agent partners for the first time in its 34-year history.

A briefing on the company’s expanding product portfolio and Classic’s plans for the future were provided.

Updates were given by the operator’s agency sales, customer care, product, and training and development teams followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Agency sales and marketing director Si Morris Green said: “Strong and trusted relationships with agents and homeworkers have always been the key part of Classic’s strategy, and this session was designed to give our partners an immersive look behind the scenes at our operation.

“It was also an opportunity for them to meet the team, take a deep dive into our portfolio and ask questions about our products and services. It was a great day, and the feedback has been excellent.

“The event was hugely over-subscribed so we will be hosting more ‘Come along to Classic’ events in the near future.”
