Caribtours’ Paul Cleary completes management buyout

Caribtours managing director and minority shareholder Paul Cleary has purchased 100% of the share capital of the luxury tour operator.

Cleary, who was appointed managing director in 1999, completed the management buyout from Norman and Valerie Brunskill, who founded Caribtours in 1979.

“It has long been the plan for me to do this and I want to thank the Brunskill family for their support,” Cleary said.

“I am immensely proud of what we have achieved on our journey so far and excited too about our plans for the year ahead.”
