Azamara Pursuit will be based in South Africa, Azamara Quest will be in South America, Azamara Journey will operate Australian and Asia itineraries and incoming ship Azamara Onward will sail in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Azamara Onward will operate a nine-night Gems of the Mediterranean Voyage, departing from Civitavecchia, Italy, on November 9, 2023.  Prices start from £1,839.

Prices for the 17-night Portuguese Quest Voyage on Azamara Quest (pictured), departing March 15, 2024, from Rio de Janeiro, lead in from £1,755. Ports of call include Buzios, Salvador De Bahia, both Brazil; Mindelo, Cape Verde; Tenerife, Canary Islands; and Funchal, Madeira.

The line has included a range of land experiences – called AzAmazing Evenings – in the programme in places such as Manaus, Brazil; Busan, South Korea; and Ravenna, Italy.

Passengers can listen to classic arias performed by Società Filarmonia in Ravenna or watch native dances, rituals and listen to folklore music in Manaus.

The line has also added shore excursions, including an afternoon in Tinos, Greece, where passengers can take part in a food and wine pairing with a Greek chef.

In Dakar, Senegal, chefs from the region will give a tutorial to passengers who choose to do the shore excursion.

Pre- and post- land stays are also available. Passengers can spend two nights in Hong Kong and visit the Nan Lian Garden, eat a dim sum lunch, and go to the 100th floor of the tallest building in Hong Kong.

A four-night Experience China’s Treasures land stay is also listed. Passengers can visit the Great Wall of China and local markets as part of the extension.
