A new luxury hotel brand from Sun Siyam Resorts will launch in the Maldives this autumn.

Siyam World, Maldives is a five-star, all-inclusive island resort in the Noonu Atoll and will open to guests on October 28, 2021. 

One of the largest natural islands in the Maldives to house a resort, the property offers four kilometres of sandy beach and six kilometres of house reef.

Siyam World features 21 accommodation categories, including Pool Beach Villas, Beach Suites, Beach Residences and Over-Water Villas complete with water slides. Guests seeking the highest levels of privacy can stay in exclusive enclave The Beach House Collection, home to Grand Water Pavilions and the Palace.

All accommodation types overlook the sea, come with direct access to the ocean and feature indoor and outdoor living spaces with private pools. 

Interiors feature a neutral colour palette mixed with bold splashes of Maldivian hues, soft textures and wooden accents. 

The property operates a premium all-inclusive concept across its 12 restaurants and bars, as well as a selection of health, fitness and wellness activities, excursions, watersports and kids and teens activities. 

The property is home to a spa, diving facilities, a Little Explorers kids’ club for children aged three to 11 and reportedly the largest floating water park in the Maldives.

Siyam World, Maldives is a 40 minute direct seaplane ride from Velana International Airport and is also accessible via a 30-minute domestic flight to Maafaru Airport followed by a 10-minute speedboat trip.
