Stephanie Robins promoted to sales director for Cyplon and Travelosophers

Stephanie Robins has been promoted to sales director for both Cyplon Holidays and Travelosphers.

Robins joined the Cyprus specialist tour operator nine years ago as head of sales and spearheaded the launch of its luxury homeworking group Travelosophers at the end of 2021.

Travelosophers, backed by Cyplon Holidays, targeted experienced travel professionals who had been forced to leave the sector as a result of the pandemic.

It is the first time anyone outside the family which own the business has ever been appointed a company director.

Robins said: “I am absolutely over the moon and feel confident I will lead both businesses to new heights.”

Director  Christos Hajipapas said he was delighted Robins had decided to commit to the long-term future of the family business, set up by his grandparents in 1972.

Describing Robins as one of the most “prominent and well-respected” figure in the industry, he said: “This represents an unprecedented appointment in our 51-year history, and we couldn’t be more pleased or more proud to have Stephanie, someone who shares our family and business values, at the forefront.

“We now look forward to the future with much excitement and anticipation as we continue to grow the business.”

Director Costas Anastasi said: “Stephanie’s energy, passion and overall good nature is unmatched. From working with her the last nine years, I can confidently say her abilities are unrivalled and we are truly lucky to have her on our team.”
