Rosewood London has appointed Bana Toukan as its new director of sales and marketing. 

Toukan replaces Mike Bonner, who spent five years in the role and moved to sales representation company Perowne International in June. 

Toukan joins from sister property Rosewood Abu Dhabi, where she has been positioned for the past four years.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry, having previously worked for Hyatt Hotel Group, namely at its properties in Amman, Jordan, and Abu Dhabi. She started her career at Rosewood Hotel Group in February 2018. 

Toukan will lead the overall sales and marketing operations of the property and will report into the hotel’s managing director, Michael Bonsor.

“We are confident that Bana will be a great asset to our team with her enthusiasm, strong leadership and breadth of knowledge in the industry” said Bonsor.

Toukan added: “After four amazing years at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, an experience I am very grateful for, I am  thrilled to embark on a new chapter in my career to become part of the dynamic team at Rosewood  London. I look forward to transferring my experience from one region to another, working closely with my new colleagues and contributing to the hotel’s ongoing success.”
