Reservations have opened for One&Only Resorts’ first property in Greece ahead of its launch in October later this year. 

One&Only Aesthesis is located on the exclusive Glyfada seafront on the Athenian Riviera, overlooking the Saronic Gulf. The property is set within a protected 21-hectare beach and forest reserve surrounded by lavender fields.

The resort’s 95 bungalows, 18 residences and two villas come with private pools, gardens and outdoor showers and fireplaces. 

The top accommodation is One&Only’s signature Villa One, a split-level, two-bedroom suite featuring a statement swimming pool and expansive deck. 

A collection of 14 One&Only Private Homes are also located on site. 

Dining venues include all-day Mediterranean restaurant Ora and pop-up dining venue El Bar de Paco Morales, which specialises in Andalucian-Mediterranean cuisine.

Guests will also find Alelia bar, offering signature olive cocktails infused with fresh herbs; outdoor sunset bar Thimisi; beach and pool bar Minima; and the Beach Club, home to cabanas, live music and dining.

The resort will also feature a spa and Club One fitness hub with a fully equipped gym, tennis courts and Padel. 

A garden, tree house, music room and amphitheatre in the KidsOnly Club will play host to nature-based activities and education programmes for younger travellers.

One&Only Aethesis is a 30-minute drive from Athens city centre and Athens International Airport.

One&Only’s second resort in Greece, One&Only Kéa Island, will now open in April 2024 after the brand pushed its July opening back to enable it to “complete the construction process of the resort to the desired, world class standard”.
