The sailings go on sale on September 22, but pre-registration opened on Wednesday.
Grandeur’s maiden voyage – a 14-night transatlantic crossing from Barcelona to Miami – will depart on November 25. Ports of call Cadiz, Spain, Madeira, Portugal, and Bermuda. The lead-in price is £5,839.
The 750-passenger vessel will operate a seven-night Western Caribbean sailing departing Miami on December 14.
The sailing includes a stop at Regent’s parent company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ private island, Harvest Caye, in Belize.

Grandeur, the sister ship to Seven Seas Explorer and Seven Seas Splendor, will then sail two Panama Canal itineraries from Miami to Los Angeles and then back again. Both itineraries last 16 days.
Before the ship repositions to New York on March 25, 2024, it will sail three Eastern Caribbean sailings and three Western Caribbean voyages out of Miami.
Prices for the 10-night round-trip Eastern Caribbean sailing, departing from Miami on March 5, calling at St Barts, Antigua, and Puerto Rico, start from £5,209.
On April 10, 2024, Grandeur will reposition to Barcelona from New York. It will then operate two seven-night sailings to and from Rome on April 24 and May 1.
The programme will end with four sailings that include calls to Greek Islands such as Mykonos, Santorini and Rhodes.
Prices for the 10-night Athens to Rome sailing departing on June 21, calling at Istanbul, Izmir, both Turkey; Santorini, and Maltese capital Valetta, start from £6,619.
