One&Only opens third resort in Dubai
One&Only Resorts has opened its third Dubai property, One&Only One Za’abeel, marking the brand’s first-ever urban hotel.
The dual skyscraper property is intersected by The Link, the world’s longest sky cantilever, where guests can dine in celebrity chef-led restaurants, swim in a sky pool and enjoy panoramic views of the city from 100 metres above ground.
The resort features 229 rooms and suites. Accommodation includes Sanctuary Suites which come with a massage table for in-room spa treatments, and Urban Suites specifically designed for executive travel and remote working.
Two-storey spaces also include the Skyline Loft and Villa One penthouse, which features a private cinema, gym and outdoor infinity pool.

Among The Link’s culinary offering is One&Only’s newest concept, Andaliman, serving Indonesian cuisine with an interactive dining experience, and the brand’s signature Tapasake restaurant, which offers contemporary Nikkei cuisine – a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavours.
The resort also welcomes acclaimed chef Dabiz Munoz to showcase his global street food concept at StreetXO, and has a Bali-inspired Garden Pool bar.
One&Only One Za’abeel is also tapping into the medical spa market by introducing the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.
The Hub is set to offer “ultra-personalised wellness journeys through a distilled version of the Swiss brand’s unrivalled science” and will focus on three pillars: longevity, wellbeing and aesthetics.
