Not Just Travel creates exclusive club for agents with top cruise sales

Not Just Travel has developed an exclusive membership club for its agents who make the most cruise sales.

The club, called Circle of Excellence, will welcome the top 5% of cruise selling agents and offer them additional mentorship, support and training.

Fifteen agents (pictured) will join the club initially, but the homeworking agency said it expects numbers to grow as agents become more adept at selling cruise.

The initiative is being led by senior cruise business development manager Duncan Croucher, who has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry.

“This is a bespoke community that will accelerate our members’ businesses,” he said.

“We are giving personalised coaching and mentoring to our top performers, designed to help those already achieving great sales achieve even more and even quicker.

“Sessions and activities include bespoke sessions with personal development experts, marketing professionals, social media gurus and more.

“These aren’t your typical training sessions – we are providing full support and development from some of the top people in the industry or the sector.

“We are starting with 15 members but this group will get bigger rapidly as our consultants quickly become more expert in selling cruise.

“With our continued multimillion pound investment in recruitment, we will expand our mentorship team to match the pace of the expansion.”
