Hotel brand The Hoxton has announced plans to open seven more hotels by early 2024.
The brand will open its fourth London hotel in Shepherd’s Bush this December, with additional properties in Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Edinburgh, Vienna and Dublin on the cards.
The group said the expansion reflected “the strong bounceback it has seen since the challenges of the pandemic”, adding that it had made record-breaking restaurant revenue. The expansion will create more than 800 jobs across the European cities.
The Shepherd’s Bush property will have 237 rooms, a Thai-Americana restaurant, a large open lobby with vintage seating and a sustainably minded retail store.
The Brussels property will open in spring 2023 with 198 rooms inspired by the 1970s. The building will also be home to Working From_ - the brand’s coworking membership space which is currently available in the Southwark and Chicago properties.
Hoxton’s second Amsterdam hotel will open in spring next year, following the success of the brand’s arrival to the city in 2015. It will have 136 rooms including a handful of Biggy Bunk Up rooms featuring bunk beds.
Next summer will see the opening of the Berlin and Edinburgh hotels, with Vienna following in late 2023 and Dublin in early 2024.
