Aspire hosted 25 luxury agents and 14 high-end suppliers in Japan in November for its annual overseas VIP trip, The Retreat. The group spent the first three nights in Tokyo, taking part in a ‘how to sell Japan’ workshop, one-to-one business meetings and various experiences, including a walking city tour and karaoke. Delegates were then split into smaller groups and enjoyed different two-night fam trips across Japan visiting lesser-known prefectures. The group came together for one final night in Tokyo before travelling home.
