Domes Resorts unveils new brand in Greece

Luxury hotel group Domes Resorts & Reserves has unveiled a new brand in Greece called Domes Aulūs.

The new concept will have an all-inclusive, eco-conscious focus and will be made up of two properties launching this July: Domes Aulūs Elounda in Crete and Domes Aulūs Zante in Zakynthos.

Flagship Domes Aulūs Elounda will open following an extensive renovation. The adult-only property features its own private beach, two cliffside swimming pools and pool bars, Domes’ signature Soma Spa and Gym, multiple restaurants, open-air boutique shops and a cinema.

Guests can choose from garden and sea-view Nests and Suites or Cool Living Selection accommodation, which offers round-the-clock concierge service and access to the Cool Living Club, which features a rooftop pool and restaurant.

Family-friendly Domes Aulūs Zante is located in a protected turtle sanctuary on Zante’s longest beach with a focus on nature and adventure.

Rooms are spacious, with some accommodations sleeping up to six people. Interiors were inspired by the island’s landscape, featuring earthy tones, wood and rattan.

Eco-led activities such as cleaning excursions and protection of the Caretta Caretta sea turtles help guests connect with and protect their surroundings.

Guests can also learn about the culinary and ecological origins of the cuisine and wine.

Deputy commercial director Manos Vatzolas said: “We have reimagined a sophisticated, understated-luxury and laid-back approach to all-inclusive, and instead created the ‘Cool Inclusive’.

“Domes Aulūs forms a new style of travel - slow paced, eco-conscious, with an unpretentious style of living for our guests who seek spiritual stimulation and ecological immersion, whilst also enjoying the breadth of culinary and wellness offerings at our new hotels throughout their stay.”
