A&K Travel Group executive chairman Manfredi Lefebvre and Abercrombie & Kent founder and chairman emeritus Geoffrey Kent will sail on Crystal’s 2024 Chairmen’s Cruise.
The six-night sailing on Crystal Symphony from Jeddah in Saudi Arabia to Rhodes will depart on April 2, and call at Sharm el Sheikh and Ain Sokhna, both in Egypt, and Paphos.
Lefebvre and Kent will host a series of lectures, interactive discussions and meet and greets on board, giving passengers the opportunity to spend time with them while they sail.
The two chairmen will also join an optional five-day, pre-cruise trip to AlUla.
Additionally, author Peter Maeck, political speaker Dennis Curan, artist Martin Kaye and actress Sabrina Aloueche will be on board, also hosting talks and meet and greets with passengers.
Prices for the cruise start at £3,250.
As the cruise is scheduled to transit the Suez Canal, Crystal said it is “continuing to monitor” the ongoing conflict in the Red Sea, but is currently anticipating the sailing will go ahead as planned.
Lefebvre said: “I’m excited to be aboard Crystal Symphony and share my passion for exploration and adventure with fellow travellers on this remarkable journey.
“Geoffrey Kent is a true pioneer in the travel industry and since our partnership began last year with the purchase of Crystal and returning to the water this summer, we are continuing to see tremendous growth for both brands.”
A&K Travel Group chief executive Cristina Levis said: “This voyage reflects our dedication to providing our guests with unique and enriching experiences, especially iconic land adventures that elevate the Crystal brand.”
