More than 100 agents have signed up to attend Classic Collection Holidays’ first overseas awards ceremony in Cyprus next week.  

The event is taking place at the Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel in Paphos On December 6-8.

Sir Lee Pearson, the 14-gold medal winning Paralympian, who spoke at the company’s event last year, will be joining the delegates in Paphos to unveil a ‘money-can’t-buy’ prize for five agents.  

The two-day event has been designed to be anything but a conference, according to agency sales and marketing director Si Morris-Green.

He said: “We really wanted to take a different approach to our event this year to make it stand out from the more typical conferences.  

“In the hotel we have created a Classic Collection live lounge where our agent partners will of course be updated on our plans going forward but will also be entertained by a host of acts we’re taking with us to Cyprus to perform. We’ll also have a resident DJ playing for the duration of the event. 

“It’ll be a fun and engaging event, taking in place in one of the UK’s most popular holiday destinations, where we’ll recognise, reward and celebrate the hard work of our travel trade partners.”
