Classic Collection and Classic Packages to host homeworker brunches

Classic Collection and Classic Package Holidays is to host a series of face-to-face brunches for home-based travel agents on Wednesday, July 14.

The operators’ ‘National Catch Up’ will be hosted by regional sales managers and will be the first coordinated in-person meetings since pre-lockdown.

Si Morris-Green, agency sales and marketing director, said: “As the government takes tentative steps towards the re-opening of international travel, we felt it was timely to get out and about and update agents, face to face, on all the recent developments at Classic Collection and Classic Package Holidays.

“There’s lots to share. We’ve completely restructured our agency sales team to strengthen our support of the travel trade, we’ve expanded our selection of luxury worldwide holidays and escorted tours, introduced 14 brochures and just launched our first ever Classic Package Holidays brochure.”

He added: “Throughout the various stages of lockdown we’ve kept agents engaged with communications, training and marketing support. Now’s the time to get out and about and help agents back on the road to recovery by giving them all the tools they need to help satisfy pent-up demand.”

Events will take place in Carlisle, Edinburgh, Leeds, Northampton, Oxford and Portsmouth with other areas covered later in the year. Interested homeworkers should contact strategic account manager for homeworkers Ali Bull on
