Caribbean property Bequia Beach Hotel has launched a new collection of ultra-luxury villas called Grenadine Hills.

The collection is located on the island of Bequia in St Vincent and the Grenadines, close to the main hotel, and comprises two villas, with a third opening soon. 

The properties sit above Friendship Beach, with views of the southern Grenadines including Mustique and Canouan. Each villa has been designed to reflect native architecture and uses natural materials.

Interiors centre around rattan and driftwood furniture, giant lamps, floor to ceiling framed mirrors, oversized cushions and potted plants. The villas also feature a natural colour palette, high ceilings and large windows to create a bight and airy feel. 

The first villa, Villa One (pictured), features six en-suite bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests, with a large living area, an infinity pool with a shallow end for children, a dining gazebo, lounge gazebo and Jacuzzi. There is also a gym suite, a study, a wine cellar, a utility room, a kitchen and a kitchen garden. 

The private estate has gated access with security and offers reserved access to Friendship Bay Beach from a secret pathway, with views of the Caribbean Sea and the neighbouring islands of Petit Nevis and Mustique.

The second villa, Coral Hill, has the option to offer four or five bedrooms and can accommodate between eight and 10 guests. 

The property features a large living area, a gym suite, a games room, and a kitchen and, like Villa One, offers gated access and security. Outside, guests will find an infinity pool, an outdoor dining area, a lounge gazebo and a spacious sun terrace. 

Both villas come with a butler, housekeeper and chef and have access to the facilities at Bequia Beach Hotel. The brand said the proposition offered guests the chance to “rent a villa with five star amenities and service”. 

Rates for Villa One start from $3,200 per night, while rates for Coral Hill start from $2,500 per night. Both prices include VAT.
