Audley Travel adds benefits to A-List agency rewards scheme

A revamped 2024 A-List reward scheme has been introduced by Audley Travel for its most supportive agents with new benefits and rewards.

The tailormade operator also revealed those that have qualified for its inaugural A-List loyalty programme for high-performing agencies.

Twenty-six travel agencies have qualified in the 2022-23 scheme, with their A-List membership lasting for 12 months.

Twenty of the successful businesses have been named as preferred members and six as elite members, including Swords Travel, Bespoke Luxury Travel, Travel Bureau, C The World and Beaver Travel.

The scheme will continue with two tiers for 2023-24 – Elite and VIP – with the qualification period running from this month until  March 31, 2024.

To qualify as elite members, agencies must confirm bookings with a value of £75,000 or more.

Successful agencies will have access to cash incentives and competitions, priority services, the addition of the agency’s logo onto client documentation as well as marketing funds.

The new top VIP tier, where agencies need to confirm bookings worth more than £150,000, offers additional benefits including a guaranteed invitation to a reward trip to a key long-haul destination and a dedicated telephone line to reach a specially support trained team at Audley.

VIP members will also be invited to a new masterclass at Audley’s London office to learn from experts in marketing, sustainability and product trends.

They will receive enhanced marketing funds and personalised, co-branded marketing material in addition to the benefits enjoyed by elite agencies.

Trade sales managerGreg Thurston said: “Our relationships with travel agents keep getting stronger and stronger. We are delighted to be able to recognise the incredible companies and individuals that have really engaged with the ‘Audley Way’ in the last 12 months.

“We are looking forward to building on our partnerships in the year ahead through the delivery of these exceptional benefits and we hope to welcome many more agencies on to The A-List in 2024.”

In addition to the A-List, Audley named Not Just Travel as its homeworking agency of the year and Swords Travel as agency of the year.

Mark and Stuart Swords said: “We have really enjoy working with the team at Audley over the last two years – the knowledge of the consultants really stands out.

“We sell the world, and sometimes it’s nice to speak to someone that has that specific knowledge, and those little nuggets of extra information you don’t get from other tour operators.”
