Auberge Resorts Collection has been selected to manage a new luxury urban hotel in Dallas. 

The Knox, Auberge Resorts Collection will be located in the Knox Street neighbourhood along the Katy Trail, one of the city’s most iconic destinations.

Formerly the Missouri-Kansas-Texas railway in the 1880s, the Katy Trail is centred around a 3.5-mile-long public park and walking trail well suited to outdoor leisure activities. 

The boutique hotel and residences will anchor a new four-acre luxury lifestyle development that includes curated retail and restaurants, luxury office and multifamily facilities, and a new park connected to the trail. 

The property is scheduled to open in 2026.

The Knox, Auberge Resorts Collection will feature 105 hotel rooms and suites, as well as 53 private luxury residences. 

Hotel amenities will include a second-floor restaurant, a series of spacious living rooms and outdoor lounges, expansive event spaces, an outdoor pool bar, fitness centre, spa and movement studio. 

Residents will enjoy exclusive access to a private residential club with amenities including a bar and lounge, sunroom, fitness centre and indoor pool, along with preferred access to Auberge hotel amenities.
