AE Expeditions has promoted Katie Harber to senior business development manager.

Harber joined AE expeditions in June 2022 as business development manager, having previously worked for Tradewind Voyages, P&O Cruises and Shore Excursions.

AE Expeditions’ UK managing director Jos Dewing said Harber brought “bundles of energy to sales and distribution”. He applauded her efforts to grow the brand’s presence and engagement on social media channels and her passion for sustainability.

He said: “I am delighted that Katie Harber has been promoted to Senior Business Development Manager, effective January 1.

“Since joining AE Expeditions, Katie has been an instrumental part of EMEA's great success, smashing sales targets for the year and developing so many new partnerships. Katie brings bundles of energy to sales and distribution and also manages our trade social media channels which have grown in size and engagement tenfold.

“Katie is a great ambassador for AE Expeditions, passionate about our sustainability goals and very much lives our values. She has even qualified as a certified marine medic with the British Divers Marine Life Rescue a charity actively helping injured marine animals.”
