Typically Holidays introduces private jet tours to Florence

Italy specialist Typically Holidays has introduced a private jet short itinerary to Florence next year as it looks to expand the number of jet tours it offers.

The operator will run two three-night itineraries on an eight-seater Learjet 45 aircraft, from May 11 from Luton airport and from May 17 from Manchester.

The itinerary will include a 30-minute check-in at a private terminal, executive transfers to a five-star hotel and spa in central Florence and experiences including wine tasting and lunch in a Tuscan vineyard.

Managing director Daniele Broccoli said: “We have been planning this for some time and now feel that the time is right to launch this unique short break to Florence. This we hope will be the start of a series of departures in the coming 12 months. We are already looking at other destinations.”

He added: “Our research with agents has shown that customers are looking for unique experiences and most people would love to have the opportunity to fly away on a private jet and sample the high life. It will only be available through our travel agency partners.”

The itinerary will be available for £6,850 per person, based on a twin-share.
